How do I download a game?

1. Go to the game page and click to download the free trial version of the game. Do this by clicking on the button that says "Try Now!".
2. Depending on your operating system and browser, you will be prompted to download and install the file.
3. If your download does not begin after a few seconds press where it says "Start Download".

How do I install a game?

Once you have downloaded the game, simply click the "Open" button on the download dialog or double-click the downloaded file. This will start the installation wizard which will guide you through the installation.

How do I buy a game?

It is possible to order the game from our site or upgrade from a demo version of the game. For the majority of our games, the registration key is sent by e-mail as soon as you complete your order. Usually, it is located at the very bottom of the message, so please read the entire e-mail attentively. Enter the key according to the instructions included in the email into the registration window of the demo version, and it will be upgraded to a full version. Please save your registration key (or the e-mail containing it) in a safe location. If you decide to reinstall the game, you will be able to use it again.

Quick pay: allows you to pay using your credit card in a secure form without leaving your game. Your purchased game will be activated immediately without interruption. This method requires an active Internet connection.
 Pay by Web: This purchase option lets you purchase the game using your credit card in a secure form in your web browser. The unlock code for your game will be emailed to you. Once you have received your unlock code, you can enter it to have your purchased game activated without interrupting play.
 Pay by mail: select this method to purchase a game by mail. You'll need to fill a form and then mail it with a check or money order to our payment processor (Reflexive Entertainment Inc, California, USA)
 Pay by PayPal: This purchase option lets you purchase the game using your PayPal account online. The unlock code will be email to you.

I've purchased your game but  I lost my registration code.

All you have to do is download, install and register  the game again. To register it see ”Game registration”.

If you don't have or can't find the  registration code please send an e-mail to our technical support service support@cool-arcade-games.com providing the following info: your registration name, e-mail, order number, the title of the game.

The game is not starting.

Download and install the latest version of the game from our site, probably this bug has already been fixed in the game.

Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements. You can find them in the readme.htm file in the game directory on your PC.

Also, check if other applications are running. Use your Task Manager to shut down applications and processes you don't need.

Make sure you have the latest version of the drivers for your video card and the most recent version of DirectX installed.

You can download DirectX free of charge at www.microsoft.com/directx. To locate the drivers for your video card, visit the manufacturer's website.

If you still have technical problems, do the following to launch your PC's diagnostic application, DxDiag:

• Press the "Start" button in your Taskbar and select "Run".
• Type "dxdiag" in a small pop-up window and click "OK". This will launch the program.
• Press the "Save All Information" button in the program.
• Save the report file and send it to us support@cool-arcade-games.com
